3. Your personal data are processed for the purpose of registration and participation in the “Coffee House Debate - the Budget Warrior: Surviving in Arbitration as an Impecunious Party" conference, pursuant to Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR, i.e. based on the consent to the processing of personal data.
4. The recipients of your personal data may be entities that can demonstrate the legal basis of Article 6 (1 ) GDPR (entities cooperating with the Polish Chamber of Commerce in the field of conference implementation).
5. Your personal data will be stored until the event is completed.
6. You have the right to access the content of your data and the right to rectify, erase or limit the processing, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of any processing carried out on the basis of your consent prior to its withdrawal.
7. If you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
8. The provision of data is voluntary, but failure to provide such data will prevent participation in the event.
