  • Up to midnight CET on 27 October 2023 – Full refund (less 10.00 EUR + VAT administration fee per delegate).
  • On or after 28 October 2023 and before midnight CET on 15 November 2023 – 50% refund per delegate.
  • On or after 16 November 2023 – No right to refund.

All cancellations must be received in writing to konferencja@sakig.pl.

In case of postponement or cancellation of the event, the host shall not accept liability for any consequential loss and shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including transport and accommodation costs. Delegates are encouraged to take out appropriate travel insurance when making travel and accommodation arrangements.

  4. The recipients of your personal data may be entities that can demonstrate the legal basis of Article 6 (1 ) GDPR (entities cooperating with the Polish Chamber of Commerce in the field of webinar implementation).
