Registration Cancellation Policy

Up to midnight CET on 15 September 2024 – Full refund (less 10.00 EUR + VAT administration fee per delegate).
On or after 16 September 2024 and before midnight CET on 30 September 2024 – 50% refund per delegate.
On or after 1 October 2024 – No right to refund.

All cancellations must be received in writing to konferencja@sakig.pl.

In case of postponement or cancellation of the event, the host shall not accept liability for any consequential loss and shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including transport and accommodation costs. Delegates are encouraged to take out appropriate travel insurance when making travel and accommodation arrangements.

Substitutions/replacements can be made at any time up to one week before the conference. This substitution is subjected to 10 EUR + VAT charge.
